Homemade Mango Ice Cream
Before we say goodbye to the warmer months, treat your taste buds with this yummy, creamy goodness!
This Mango Ice Cream will be an absolute hit!
All you will need is 3 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time – let the freezer do the rest for you!
This easy homemade ice cream is super creamy and sweet, with a delicious zing from the mango which will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups frozen mango
- ¼ cup maple syrup OR honey
- 1 can coconut milk
Method
- Put all ingredients in to a food processor or blender.
- Blend together until it is a smooth consistency (if needed, add a small amount of water or any milk by the tbsp and scraping the walls, if necessary)
- Pour mixture in to any container and store in the freezer for up to 6 hours.
HOT TIP: Before serving, let ice cream thaw at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with extra mango or coconut shavings as a garnish
