CHRISTMAS CHEER BALLS
Every week until Christmas, we will be posting a Christmas delight that can double as a fun holiday activity.
Christmas cheer balls are a healthy Christmas treat for the whole family to enjoy, including the kids. Just don’t mention they are healthy.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 GRAMS PLAIN SWEET BISCUITS
- 1 CAN CONDENSED SWEETENED MILK
- CUP COCONUT DESICCATED
- ¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
- ONE AND HALF CUPS OF DESICCATED COCONUTÂ (FOR ROLLING)
METHOD
- Crush the biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs using either a food processor, blender or rolling pin and then place into a large bowl.
- Stir through the cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well coated.
- Using your hands, roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls and then roll through the extra coconut to coat.
- Place in fridge for 3 hours to set.
