Chicken Fried Rice
Try this effortless and tasty recipe for the entire family.
All meals prepared fresh daily by Our Centre Cook Miss Peta-Lea, on site.
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken mince
- Two cups rice
- Two cups fresh or frozen peas, corn, carrot & mixed vegetables
- 3 eggs
- one cup bacon
- one cup chopped shallots
- ½ cup soy – more to suit your taste if necessary
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Method:
Cook rice and set to side. Allow to cool completely
Scramble eggs. Once cooled, roughly chop.
Cook bacon pieces and set to one side.
Cook Chicken mince in fry pan
Continue to add all other ingredients to fry pan
Stirring to mix thoroughly, adding more sauce to suit your taste preference.
