Creamy Zucchini, Corn & Chickpea Pasta
Miss Peta introduced a new recipe this week and the children absolutely loved it!

Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 3 cans chickpeas
- 3 grated zucchini
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pasta
Method:
Add butter to fry pan and heat until melted.
Combine flour to melted butter and stir together until a crumb resemblance appears.
Add 1 cup of milk and whisk together, whisking out any lumps.
Stir in rest of milk then add all your other ingredients, mix all together.
Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook your favourite pasta and serve.
