We charge one week fees in advance upon enrolling and ask that you keep your account always up to date. We offer this in place of an outlandish bond, to keep things affordable for families.
Fees for the first two week’s attendance are due and payable on the first day of attendance at the Centre and thereafter your account should be kept in advance. Fees may be paid by the following methods:
➢ Cash
➢ EFTPOS
➢ Direct Debit – Debit or Credit Cards
➢ Internet Banking.
Cash payments are advised to be handed directly to a Nominated Supervisor or Senior Educator. Please ensure you write the payments on the fee payment register on the front counter in the office and have your name clearly written on the an envelope and dated. The cash will then be receipted on your Statement. No responsibility will be accepted by the Educators if this is not followed., The Nominated Supervisor or other team member will assist you with EFTPOS payments.
Our preferred source of payment is through Debit Success, which is why we offer a discount for this form of payment. If you wish to benefit from this discount offered, please complete the direct debit form available in your enrolment pack or speak to management.
Internet Banking payments should be credited to the correct account (your Centre Director will supply you with the required details). After the payment has been made, please bring the receipt to the Centre so that the receipt details can be processed as a payment on your account at the Centre.
Fees are to be paid for all days your child is enrolled including days absent due to illness and for Public Holidays. Should an account fall into arrears, families will be placed on a payment plan immediately, as our policy is two weeks in advance.
If the payment plan is not honoured, the Director will refer the matter to Management and your child’s place will be jeopardized.
Should the account subsequently continue in arrears, it will be referred to our debt collectors and all recovery costs, inclusive of court costs, will be added to your account.
Cases of genuine hardship need to be referred to Management for a decision to be made regarding payment arrangements and/or Special Child Care Benefit. The decision of SCCS is not made by us as a centre, all forms are submitted to centrelink and the decision is handed down to us.
Our centre hours are 6.30am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday. In the event you are unforeseeably held up and can’t get here by 6.30pm, please contact the Centre urgently. If the educators can’t reach you or any of your contacts from 6.30 – 7.00pm, then police will be called in to collect your children.
Please note: A fee of $1 per minute, per child will need to be paid in cash to the educators for late pick up, as the Centre is officially closed and this is the educators personal time being occupied.
Great news…. The Government removed the means tested income cap for families in December of 2021, and now they are rolling out more support for our families with more than one child aged 5 or under in care will get a higher Child Care Subsidy (CCS) for their second child and younger children.
What this means to you in a nutshell …. Childcare just got cheaper for your second child/children. Children will receive anywhere from 30%- 95% higher subsidy to make it more affordable for families, to have more than one child in care.

2. Have more than one child aged 5 or under in child care.
To understand higher CCS Services Australia jump on information for families on their website,
The website will explain:
1. Who will get the higher subsidy,
2. How much the higher subsidy is,
3. When families will get the higher subsidy, and
4. What families need to do.
There are also examples that show how the higher CCS may work for different families
